The men behind BUFF (the Brotherhood United for Freedom of Flavor) and creators of the “herbaciously Outrageous” collaboration beer Saison du BUFF are getting together on Google+ Hangouts for a public Q&A moderated by none-other than geek icon Wil Wheaton!

Just one week after our own horizontal tasting of Saison du BUFF, the brewers behind the excellent herb-laced farmhouse beer will be holding their own unprecedented live-streamed tasting.

On Thursday July 26th at 6pm PST you can join Sam Calagione from Dogfish Head, Bill Covaleski from Victory Brewing, and Greg Koch from Stone Brewing Co. as they taste all three versions of the beer and discuss how the collaboration came about and how the beer was brewed.

This is an exciting event, and we think it is the first time that a major craft brewer has used Google+ to connect with their fans in a live hangout. The brewers will be answering questions from fans during the Hangout; you can ask questions before the event by tweeting or posting to Google+ using the hashtag #HangBUFF.
