The craft beer community raised a cry of anguish in December when The Bruery announced that it would shutter their beloved bottle-shop and market in Old Towne Orange. Thankfully the closure of the space was short-lived and the Haven Collective stepped in to add the market to their portfolio of beer businesses, and the new Provisions Market will officially open on June 5th!
Best known for the gastropubs in Orange and Pasadena, Haven is stepping up their game with a new brewmaster, a re-tooled brewer and all new beers and they’ve done a fantastic job updating the space. Check out some coverage of the beer/wine/cheese/and more shop over on the Daily Dish, and take a peek at our gallery from a preview event over on Facebook.
In addition to bottles to-go, 30 taps, wine by the bottle and glass, 60+ varieties of cheese, a coffee bar, and a selection of gourmet goodies, Provisions will offer sandwiches, charcuterie, and a selection of meats to take and cook.
